Also ich kann von Glück reden,dass dieses Autohaus solche meeeeeggggga Mitarbeiter hat. An Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Und Fachkompetenz ganz weit oben.
Ich hatte eine Panne mit meinem T5 und brauchte ihn dringend wieder. Das Team hat sich meinem Problem angenommen und wir haben gemeinsam nach dem lauten Geräusch auf der Vorderachse gesucht. ( Bin selber Mechaniker)

A bérelt camper autónkban vasárnap tönkrement a generátor. Oda vontattak minket ehhez a szervizhez, ahol hétfőn azonnal elkezdték a javítást, és már hétfő délután folytathattuk a nyaralásunkat.

We had an unexpected road incident on our way back from vacation in France to Austria, while driving through Italy. A tree branch damaged the radiator of our Volkswagen minivan, and in the middle of the summer holiday season (August), we felt desperate and afraid that it would be impossible to get the car repaired quickly and properly.

After many calls to different companies, I reached Autostar snc, the official Volkswagen Service Partner. From the very first contact, their colleague Martina was simply amazing. She immediately reached out to me via WhatsApp, asked for details of the problem, and communicated in a fast, professional, and very kind way.

On Friday we brought the car in. They inspected it, gave us a clear and precise repair offer the same day, and after we confirmed it, they ordered the necessary parts. By Monday, everything was already repaired — incredibly fast, especially considering the season and the circumstances.

I truly did not expect such efficiency, reliability, and care in the middle of a hot tourist season in Italy. The whole team impressed us deeply — from the excellent technicals to Martina, who was like an angel for us. Not only did she support us with the repair process, but also gave us recommendations where to have lunch and how to spend the waiting time.

When we picked up the car, it was perfectly fixed — and, to our surprise, it was also washed and cleaned inside and out, which almost never happens in Austria.

This is not just a company of professionals — this is a company of people with heart and soul. We are deeply grateful for their help, care, and outstanding service.

Ein perfekter Service wie aus einem Märchen !
Wir ( 5 Köpfe Familie aus Österreich ) hatten Probleme mit unserem Auto am Anreistag und fuhren zu dieser Werkstatt!
Wir bekamen sofort Gehör und unser Auto kam gleich dran, leider war das Ergebnis ein Motorschaden. Obwohl die Werkstatt mit uns eig. nichts verdiente, versorgten sie uns in unserer Notlage, mit Sitzgelegheiten, Kaffee, Wasser, ( alles kostenlos ), WC, Bemühungen um ein Leihauto, standen unserer Versicherung sofort zur Verfügung auch für den weiteren Verlauf !
Sie ließen länger geöffnet um uns mit den Kindern zu helfen, boten an uns zum Flughafen zu fahren auf zwei Autos aufgeteilt ( kostenlos ) um zu einem Leihauto zu bringen !
Diese Werksatt hat uns so toll unterstützt mit ihrem Service das war das beste was uns passieren hat können in unserer Lage, arbeiten mit unserer Versicherung zusammen damit alles schnell über die Bühne geht da wir unseren Wirtschaftlichen Totalschaden bei ihnen stehen haben lassen dürfen und mit allem abreisen konnten und WhatsApp ausgetauscht zum weiteren Info austausch und das alles ohne jegliche Sicherheit für sie von uns!
